Subscription Policy — “Soap of the Month” (Auto-Renew)

What you get
For $14.99/month (USD), receive one seasonal bar of soap delivered each month.

Auto-renew & billing
This is a recurring subscription that auto-renews monthly until canceled. We clearly disclose the price, cadence, and how to cancel; you give express consent at checkout. We send a confirmation email with the terms and a cancel method.

Note on the FTC “Click-to-Cancel” rule: The FTC finalized a rule in late 2024, but enforcement was later vacated by a federal appeals court in July 2025. Regardless, many requirements (clear terms, affirmative consent, easy cancellation) remain good practice and may be required by state laws (e.g., California ARL). We follow those standards.

Billing date & cut-offs

First charge occurs at sign-up; subsequent charges occur monthly on the same day ([e.g., the 15th]).

Orders placed after the First day of each month by 6PM, Eastern Time ship in the next month’s cycle.

Shipping for subscriptions
Shipping is included / charged at checkout / flat $15 per month.

Skip, pause, or cancel
You can skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime before your next billing date by Filling out a support ticket above or by calling (606)707-1761 or by emailing [email protected]—no hoops, no questions asked. California residents can cancel online in the same manner used to sign up.

Failed payments & account updates
If a charge fails, we’ll notify you and retry. Update payment details in your account to avoid interruption.

Price or terms changes
We’ll email advance notice of material changes. If you don’t agree, you may cancel before the change effective date.

All-sales-final
Subscription shipments are non-returnable, but we’ll replace or refund any damaged/incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
