Dutch Barn Soap Company Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Gift Card Terms & Conditions “Gift Card Terms” apply specifically to the purchase, receipt, and redemption of Dutch Barn Soap Company "Dutch Barn Soap Co." These Gift Card Terms are intended to supplement Dutch Barn Soap Co. gift cards, general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Gift Card Terms will govern only matters related to Gift Cards.

2. Nature of Gift Cards

Gift Cards are prepaid stored-value products redeemable only for eligible merchandise from Dutch Barn Soap Co. Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards and do not represent a line of credit.

3. Purchasing Gift Cards

By purchasing a Gift Card, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information supplied is accurate. Gift Cards may be available in digital format and delivered electronically to the purchaser or designated recipient.

4. Delivery and Risk of Loss

For digital Gift Cards, delivery is deemed complete once the Gift Card code is sent to the email address provided at purchase or otherwise displayed to the purchaser. Responsibility for the Gift Card transfers upon delivery. Dutch Barn Soap Co. is not responsible for Gift Cards delivered to incorrect or inaccessible email addresses provided by the purchaser.

5. Redemption

Gift Cards may be redeemed toward eligible purchases from Dutch Barn Soap Co. through approved redemption methods.
If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
If a purchase is less than the Gift Card balance, the unused balance will remain available on the Gift Card until fully redeemed or expired, if applicable.

6. Restrictions

Unless otherwise required by law:

Gift Cards are not reloadable.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.

Gift Cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards unless expressly permitted.

Dutch Barn Soap Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend Gift Cards where fraud, misuse, or violation of these Gift Card Terms is suspected.

7. Expiration and Fees

Any expiration date applicable to a Gift Card will be disclosed at the time of purchase or delivery. Gift Cards will not be issued with expiration dates or fees that violate applicable law. Unless otherwise stated, Dutch Barn Soap Co. does not charge inactivity, dormancy, or service fees on Gift Cards.

8. Returns and Refunds

All Gift Card sales are final. Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by law.
If merchandise purchased with a Gift Card qualifies for a return under applicable law or policy, any approved adjustment may be issued as store credit or applied back to a Gift Card, rather than refunded in cash.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized Gift Cards may not be replaced. If you believe your Gift Card has been compromised, contact Dutch Barn Soap Co. immediately. Replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

10. Fraud and Abuse

Dutch Barn Soap Co. reserves the right to void or refuse to honor any Gift Card obtained, used, or applied in a manner that violates these Gift Card Terms or applicable law, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dutch Barn Soap Co. shall not be liable for lost or stolen Gift Cards, or for unauthorized use of a Gift Card. All other limitations of liability applicable under Dutch Barn Soap Co.’s general Terms & Conditions apply.

12. Changes to Gift Card Terms

Dutch Barn Soap Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Gift Card Terms at any time. Changes will apply to Gift Cards purchased after the effective date of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Gift Card Terms are governed by applicable state and federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
