Shipping Policy

Processing times
Orders typically process within [1–5 business days] (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Handcrafted items may require additional curing/packing time during peak seasons. If an unexpected delay prevents shipping within the stated window (or within 30 days when no window is stated), we’ll request your consent to the delay or issue a prompt refund as required by law.

Carriers & methods
We ship via [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. Available service levels and real-time rates are shown at checkout.

Warm-weather advisory
Body butters/balms can soften or melt in transit; bring packages inside promptly. If softened, allow to resolidify at room temperature.

Shipping address changes
We can update an address before fulfillment starts. Once a label is created, changes may require a carrier intercept (fees may apply).

Risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided (per the carrier’s delivery scan). Please contact the carrier for theft/misdelivery claims; we’ll assist as we reasonably can.

Backorders & preorders
If an item is back-ordered or preordered, we’ll display the estimated ship window at checkout and follow the same delay-consent/refund rules if needed.

International shipping
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. If we do, buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by their country.
