Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales final
Due to the personal nature of bath & body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after checkout. For California customers, we conspicuously post this no-refund policy on product pages and at checkout as required by Cal. Civ. Code § 1723.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund affected items at our discretion (no returns required), consistent with applicable law.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, digital products, and promotional items are non-returnable.
