Promo Code & Offer Exclusions Policy

1) Where promos apply

Unless stated otherwise, promo codes and offers (“Promos”) are valid only on DutchBarnSoap.com and only for retail, personal-use orders shipped to the U.S.

In-person codes (e.g., pop-ups/markets/events) are not redeemable online.

Promos are not valid on third-party marketplaces or wholesale channels without our written consent.

2) One code per order; no stacking

Limit one (1) Promo code per order.

Promos cannot be combined with other discounts, loyalty rewards, store credits, gift cards, or free-gift offers unless we say so in writing.

3) Not valid on these items/charges

Unless a specific offer says otherwise, Promos do not apply to:

Subscriptions of any kind (including Soap of the Month) — excluded entirely.

Gift cards (purchase or reloads).

Limited/seasonal drops, collaborations, bundles/sets, samplers, trial sizes, and clearance.

Taxes, shipping, handling, insurance, or tips.

Preorders/backorders, donation items, or third-party services (e.g., rush handling).

4) Minimums, caps & timing

If a Promo requires a minimum purchase, it’s based on the merchandise subtotal after other discounts and before tax/shipping.

Unless stated otherwise, the maximum total discount from a single Promo is the lesser of 25% off the eligible merchandise subtotal or $50.

Promos expire at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date shown. “While supplies last.” No rain checks.

5) Redemption limits; transferability

Unless an offer states otherwise, codes are single-use per customer/household/email.

Redemption limit: Max 2 Promo redemptions per customer per calendar month across all active offers.

Codes are non-transferable, not for resale, and have no cash value. They may not be sold, bartered, or posted to coupon/deal sites without our permission.

6) How discounts are applied

Percentage and dollar-off discounts apply only to eligible items in your cart.

If a Promo applies to multiple eligible items, the discount is allocated pro-rata across those items.

Price adjustments on prior purchases are not offered unless a promotion explicitly allows it.

7) Returns, exchanges & cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If we authorize a replacement or refund for a damaged/incorrect item (see our Returns & Exchanges Policy), any refund equals the amount actually paid for that item after the Promo allocation; shipping and taxes are not refunded unless required by law.

8) Free gift with purchase (GWP) & bundles

GWP offers are one per order and while supplies last. We may substitute a comparable item if necessary.

If an order change would make you ineligible for a GWP or bundled discount, we may cancel the offer or charge the stand-alone price for the kept item(s).

9) Misuse, fraud & system errors

We may decline, suspend, or cancel any order or code we suspect involves fraud, code leakage, stacking beyond intended design, multiple-account abuse, bots, or technical manipulation.

We are not liable for typographical or system errors; we may correct pricing/eligibility errors and cancel/refund affected orders.

10) Geographic & eligibility limits

Unless specified, Promos are valid only in the U.S. and void where prohibited.

Employee/affiliate/influencer codes are subject to individual program rules and not for public use.

11) Shipping offers

Free-shipping Promos apply to the cheapest eligible domestic service. Oversize/expedited/remote-area surcharges may still apply.

12) No resale; order limits

Not for resale. We may cancel orders that appear to be for resale or exceed household limits.

We may limit quantities per order, customer, household, payment method, or address.

13) Changes & cancellation rights

We may modify or end any Promo at any time, including after activation but before fulfillment, where lawful.

If we materially change an active, time-limited Promo after you’ve applied it, you may cancel the order prior to fulfillment for a full refund.

14) Conflicts & governing terms

If Promo-specific terms conflict with this Policy, the Promo-specific terms control for that offer.

All purchases remain subject to our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and Subscription Policy.
